in said ROW line, which point is the southwest corner of the C. L. Browning

THENCE N 60o E with the south line of the Browning tract 1000 feet, more or less,
to the southeast corner of said tract;
THENCE N 30° W with the east line of the Browning tract and produced, 1170 feet,
more or less, to the centerline of U. S. Highway 81;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction with the centerline of U. 'S. Highway 81,
1220 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said centerline with the east

A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Schertz,
Texas, on the 17th day of January at 7.30 A.M. in the City Council Chamber of the City
Hall of the City of Schertz, Texas, for all persons interested in the above annexation.
At such time and place all such persons interested in the above annexation shall have
the right to appear and be heard. Of all such matters and things, all persons interested
in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
