AN ORDINANCE SETTING A TIME., DATE AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TWO CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND CONTAINING 71.05 ACRES AND 112.288 ACRES, RESPECTNELY, BY THE CITY OF SCHF,RTZ, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- . ING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING, AND DECLARING AN EP~ERGE!dCY. III The public importance of this measure and the need to insure the orderly growth of the City of Schertz, Texas constitute and create an urgent public necessity requiring that this ordinance be passed and take effect as an emergency measure, and this ordinance is accordingly passed as an emer gency mea-sure, and shall take effect and be:.in force immediately upon and after its passage. Councilman moved that said ordinance be considered by the Council as an emergency measure. Said motion was seconded by Cauncilman Whereupon said matian Maas fully discussed and considered. The Mayor put the motion to consider said ordinance as an emergency measure to the members of the City Council and said motion was approved and adopted by the following vote AYES: All councilmen present voted "AYE" NOES: None The Mayor then introduced the hereinafter set fo:^th ord~.nance as an emergency measure. Thereupon it was moved by Councilman and seconded by Councilman ~ that said ordinance be finally passed and adopted.
