than 5 minutes. Each person should fill out the Speaker’s register prior to the meeting and give it to the Chair. The Commission can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion
by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to
an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda, will call on those persons who have
signed up to speak in the order they have registered. 1. Minutes -Consideration and/or action regarding t?he approval of the minutes of September 3, 2009. 2. Forest Ridge Subdivision
– Neighbors concerns about the speeding on Blue Forest Drive coming onto Wiederstein Road. 3. Doerr Lane – Speed limit increase from 20 mph to 35 mph (Engineering & Public Works) 4.
Morning Drive – Neighbors concerns about the speed. 5. Commissioners Term – Discuss extending half of the members to make terms staggered not all commissioners would expire at the same
time. 6. City Council Action -Council liaison to brief Commission on actions taken at City Council meetings. (David Scagliola)
7. City Engineer Report – City Engineer to brief Commission on status of bond projects. (Larry Dublin) 8. Items to be placed on Next Agenda -Consideration and or action on questions
and possible items to be placed on the next agenda. (Commission Members) 9. Recording Secretary – Commissioner length of term, TSAC 2010 Scheduled meeting, Shirts for Commissioners.
