The Planning and Zoning Commission convened in Special Session
Wednesday, July 19, 1978 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex
Conference Room, 1400 Live Oak Road. ,The following members were
present:

#1 CALL TO ORDER
. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Aquilar at 7:00 p.m.
#2 RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL ON ZC-14
The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the rezoning of a
2 acre tract of land being out of the Torribo Herrera Survey
Abstract No. 153 and being the John Welding Shop from Tempor-
ary Pre-Development District to M-1 Industrial District.
The City Staff provided tax information regarding this parcel
as requested by P & Z Commission at the July 12, 1978 meeting.
Upon review of .this information., Mr. John Linebarger made a
motion that Planning and Zoning Commission recommend rezoning
of this property from Temporary Pre-Development to M-1 Indust-
rial District based the additional information provided by
City Staff. Mr. John Linebarger seconded the motion. All mem-
hers voted "aye".

Mr. Marquette entertained a motion to adjourn at 7:25 p.m.
This motion was seconded by Mr. Linebarger, all members were
in favor .
