03-12-1975 REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MARCH 12, 1975
1. Members Present:
Johnny Wise - Chairman

2. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wise at 8:10 P.M.
3. The minutes.of the meeting of February 26, 1975 were read
and approved.
` 4. A request from Mr. Ruiz concerning. the current zoning of
his property and the consideration of rezoning was brought
before the Commission. Mr. Sharp made a motion that he
be granted a public hearing in accordance with pares raph
12.3 of Zoning Ordinance (adopted November 28, 1974; and
that Mr. Ruiz be advised that he did not meet the criteria
of parapraph 12.2.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Carey
seconded the motion. Motion carried 5'for and 1 against.
5. Mayor Bueker presented the status on City annexation -
past, present and future.
b. Mr. Peifer made a motion that the Commission hold a
Special Session on the rewrite of City Subdivision
Ordinance on March 17, 1975 at 7:00 P.M. at Council
Chambers. Mr. Howe seconded the motion; all members
in agreement.
