REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
JULY 13, 1977

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:20 PM by Acting Vice Chairman Aguilar.
2. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved.
3. There were no residents requesting to be heard.
4. Acting Vice Chairman Aguilar stated he would extertain a motion concerning
Mr. John Schaefer's rezoning request. Betty Wise made a motion that the
rezoning request be approved. There was no second to Betty Wise' motion,
therefore the rezoning request died.
5. Dr. R. Richards was not in attendance to discuss the Schertz Bank and
Trust curb opening and closing.
7. Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
