06-22-1977 REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
JUNE 22, 1977

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Wise.
2. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved. P1r. Aguilar made the
motion for acceptance and Mr. Sharp seconded the motion. The vote was
unanimous.
3. Lost Meadows Subdivision, Unit 2 final plat approval.
Mr. Garza informed the Commission that Dr. Mc Millian had complied with
our Subdivision Ordinance and that the City Engineer had given his approval.
Mr. Linebarger made a motion which was seconded by Mrs. Wise that the final
plat be accepted. The vote for acceptance was unanimous.
4. Dr. Richard called Chairman Wise to inform him that he could not attend
this meeting, but desired to address the Commission at the next regular
scheduled meeting.
5. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
