02-09-1977 REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 9, 1977

2. This meeting was called to order by Chairman Wise at 7:30 P.M.
3. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
The status of the new subdivision ordinance was discussed by the
City Staff at the request of the Planning and Zoninging members.
City Staff commented that the final portion of the proposed
Subdivision ordinance would be completed by the City Engineer.
The Commission members requested that staff urge the Cith
Engineer to proceed as quickly as possible on the completion
of the "Design Criteria".
