It was recomreerried tYiat approval be given for the road to be built
between the properties owned by Dr. Roy Richards arzd 1.~"r. A. Peck at the
Planning Toard rr~eeting held 07:30, 26 October 1967. The said road
would be financed by the property owners with no cost to the Cit~r of
Schertz.
The motion was ?jade by ; r. C~lyran Fennett for a~~proval s.s long as
it met tr!e specifications of the City Engineer, this r_otion was secon'ed
by I!'~r. Eeck. All members present voted. for approval of tree building cf
the road.
The road in quectian does rreet the specifications of the City
Engineer and therefore ire recor~r~erad to the City Cor::mission fo'r.`
approval of the above r~er.~tioned road.
