Th.e ~Gh.aa-rman, Mr. Aaron Beck, called the meeting to order. consent to special meet-
ing was read as had previously been notified to each member of the Planning
tCommission of the City of ;Schertz, members of the 'City Council and Urban Renewal
(Commissioners.
The Urban Renewal Plan was presented by Walter A. Schertz, Executive Director of
URA of City of Schertz. Discussions were had and the entire plan was reviewed
and considered.
The ,Chairman read A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLA,N?T'OR BUFFALO VALLEY
NORTH, PROJECT TEX. R-112 AND RE!COMNIQ~TDING SAID PLAN TO THE +CITY 'COUN!CIL FOR
APPROVAL. Mr. Conner made a motion to adopt the resolutionas read. Mr. Rhea
seconded the motion. All members, Beck, Connor, Rhea, and Wise, Sandifer voted
Aye. None voted No. Vote was by roll call vote.
Mr. Conner made motion to adjourn meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Wise.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
