covered walkway co~nectix~ the existi~.g First Baptist
Church with the yew addition to be built. Mr. Carpenter
explained that this walkt~ay will be 22 feet frox the
property lice ixstead of the reco ended 25 feet.
Motion by Mr. Comer seconded by Nir. Wise that we recommend
to the City Council that they permit the First Baptist
Church to build a covered walkway from the existing building
to the stew church buildi?~g with the walkway berg 22 feet
from the frost property lime instead of 25 feet as required
by the zoAing ord~ma~ce. Motion ca rried.
Mr. Vox S~ eels met with the coffi~issior~ ar~d explained a
proposed park area for his housing development. The
corissio~, recei ved his plans favorable.
