multi-family development Lot-2 of i~Tr. Schafer was discussed.
The project made a favorable impression on the commission.
It is suggested that the city council contact T~Ir. Schafer
about the strip of land between riousing additions for possible
development along with Lot-2. Tree commission feels this strip
of land should be developed in some way.
The Village Unit-4 Schafer addition, preliminary plan was
studied. I~r. Sandifer moved seconded by ~Ir. Rhea that preliminary
plan be approved. Motion carried.
iU1r. Conner moved, seconded by Mr. Rhea that request for
rezoning of part of Pena property from residential to business
be delayed until proposal is made as to what type of business
and construction is planned. Motion carried.
