MINUTES OF THE MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING COMMISSION
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM, October 27, 1971 by
Chairman Pro-Tem, Hugh Sandifer. Members present were Col. Richard Mans-
- field, Mr, Mark Norwine, Mr. Hugh Sandifer, Mr. Johnnie Wise, and Mr,
Charles Sharp.
A motion was made by Mr. Mansfield, seconded by Mr. Wise that the
variance to the easement ordinance referred to in a letter dated October
13 from Hicks Construction Co. be allowed. The motion carried.
A motion was also. made by Mr, Norwine and seconded by Mr. Sandifer
that the lot numbers of property in Parkland Village 1 subdivision as per
the resubdivision plat submitted be accepted. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
