08-25-1971 MINUTES OF THE ZONING AND PLANNING fJOMMISSION
August 25, 1971
The regular meeting of the Zoning and. Planning Commission was called to
order at 8:30 PM by Chairman Weldon Willbanks with four members present.
A proposal was made by Mr. Tom Smith to adopt and approve Parkland Village
Subdivision #2. A motion was made by Mr. Sandifer, seconded by Mr. Wise and
voted on unanimously to accept Parkland Village ~~2.
A letter submitted by Mr. Richard M. Sarver, 4.02 E. Lindberg Hlvd. Universal
City of August 20, 1971 was read. It was decided that the letter be referred
to Urban Renewal for further action.
Guests at the meeting were Mr. Burris and Mr. Smith. The meeting was
adjourned at 9:20 PM.
