05-05-1971 Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission
City of Schertz, Texas
May 5, 1971
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Vice-Chairman Weldon Willbanks.
All members were present.
Following business took place:
{1) Mr. Willbanks was elected ~ihairman, Mr. Wise was elected Vice-Chairman
~2) Mr. J.V, Bell, Division Sales Manager, A&,A Pump Company;
Mr. Rhea Cude and Mr. Smith who represent Mr."M" Store were
present during discussion relating to installation of under-
groundgas tanks and pumps. This item had been tabled previously
pending additfional imformation. A motion was an ade by Mr. Decker
seconded by Mr. Norwine to grant the request. Motion carried
provided all Zoning and safety regulations of the city are met.
~3) Two new members were present--Harry J. Decker and Mark Norwine.
~4) The planning and Zoning Commission agreed to meet the last
Wcdnesda~ of each month at 7:30 p.m.
