03-15-1971 Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission
City of Schertz, Texas
March 15, 1971
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Robert Schwartz.
All members were present.
Mr. Ruben Beck met with the commission and presented a proposed extension
of Deer Saven subdivision.
Motion was made by Mr. Willbanks, seconded by Mr. Rhea that the motion
of March 1, 1971 be amended to delete, "Southwest Street," due to the
location of the city water tower and to approve Mr. Beck's proposed plat
which places a new north bound street through the subdivision adjoining Mr.
C. L. Browning property.
Meeting adjourned 'at 7:30 p.m.
