MINUTES OF THE MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
A meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission was called to.
order by Chairman Weldon Willbanks at 7:30 PM Monday, April 17, 1972
in the Schertz City Hall. Members present were Mr. Richard Mansfield,
Mr. Malford Brehm, Mr. Johnnie Wise, and Mr. Weldon Willbanks.
A motion was made by Mr. Mansfield to approve the plat of
Oak Forest Subdivision submitted to the Commission by Mr. Coy Simmons
on March 10, 1972. The approval would be contingent upon presentation
and approval by the City Engineer and the Fire Department. Mr. Brehm-
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
A plat of the proposed Mr. "M" Food Store at the corner of Live
Oak Road and Aero Ave. was presented. Mr. Brehm motioned that the
location be approved, seconded by Johnnie Wise and voted on unanimously.
.The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
