A meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission was held July
12, 1972 at 7:30 PM in the City Hall. Members present were Col. :'Richard
Mansfield, Mr. Charles Pfeifer, Mr. Johnnie Wise, and Weldon Willbanks.
A discussion was held on complete zoning of the Roy W. Richard
property along Live Oak Road to be zoned commercial the full depth of
the property. The committee recommended zoning contingent that there are
no restrictions in the Zoning Ordinance which state that the abutting
residential property owners have to be notified. A motion to approve
this was made by Col. Mansfield and seconded by Mr. Pfeifer. The vote
was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
