MINUTES OF THE MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING COMMISSION
August 1, 1972,.
A special. meeting of the Zoning & Planning Commission was
held`!on August 1, 1972 in the City Hall. The following members were
'present: Mr. Weldon Willbanks, Mr. Johnnie Wise, Col. Richard Mans-
field, and Col. Charles Sharp.
A preliminary plat of Val Verde Unit ~~3 was reviewed. A
motion was made by Col. Mansfield and seconded by Mr. Wise to accept
the preliminary plat as presented (the final plat will show all require-
menu such as sidewalks, fire plugs, etc.). The vote was unanimous.
It was. the unanimous agreement that the Council concern it-
self with the potential drainage condition arising with the current future
development and that some action be taken on a comprehensive study of the
City of Schertz.
