ZONING & PLANNING COMI3ISSION

A regular meeting of the Zoning & Planning Commission was called to
.order by Chairman Weldon Willbanks at 7:30 PM in the City Hall. Members present
were Mr. Johnnie Wise, Mr. Richard Mansfield, Mr. Clifford E. Harris, and Mr.
Charles V. Peifer. Absent were Mr. Harry J. Decker and Mr. Charles G. Sharp.
Minutes of August 1, 1972 meeting were read and approved.
The membership of the commission requested that it be furnished replies
to suggestions and recommendations given to city council.
A motion was made by Mr. Johnnie Wise recommending that City Council approve
Unit 2 of Greenfield Village Subdivision providing it meets all present zoning
ordinance provisions. The motion caas seconded by Mr. Clifford Harris and passed
by the membership.
A motion was made by Mr. Richard Mansfield that the letter from Mr. Melvin
Heimer which contained a request for rezoning of lots oe~ Pfeil St, be referred
to the City El~gineer for consideration. The motion was seconded by Mr. Clifford
Harris and passed by the membership.
