OLD BUSINESS•
Minutes of November 29, 1972 were read and approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion was held concerning rezoning of Plat at corner of
Maple end Oak St. knwon as Buffalo Valley Development Corp. from R-1
to C-l. This Commission recommends that provisions of paragraph 25-2
of Zoning Ordinance be followed. Request that City Manager take necessary
action.
2. There was no action taken on Schertz State Bank plans since no
letter was attached requesting Commission action.
3' Request a current official zoning map be placed on display in the
City Managers office for use by this Commission. This request is
submitted in accordance with Part 3, Section 19-1 through 19-3 of Zoning
Ordinance.
