The City of Schertz Planning a.nd Zoning Commission met Tuesday, July 10, 1973s
at :30 p.m. , for the purpose of conducting a L~ubli c hearing concerning a rniniatt~re
golf course to be constructed on Oak street, a.nd adjoining Albert's Lawn and Garden
Shat .
The meeting t~ras called to order at ~ ; 30 p.ix~®.
Only one concerned citizen was present. He is Fred. fir. Flemming, of 201 Maple
Street. He was in favor of the golf course. No one opposed®
The Planning and Zoning ^ommission voted unanimously to permit construction of
the golf course to proceed,
