04-25-1973 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES: APRIL 25, 1973 COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Johnny Wise-Chairman Don Seeba Dick Howe Earl Sawyer 1. The Planning And Zoning Commission met, as the Zoning board of Adjustments, and the following matter was brought before the board: 2. Mr. Hild (Hild Marine) requested a variance to the Zoning Ordinance to per- mit him to build another building on his property which is a non Conforming use (i.e. currently Zoned R4), but was C2 when business was started, and also a variance to Section 14 and 15-3 !of the Zoning Ordinance, permitting him to build to 1' (one) foot of adjoining property (see Mr. Arnolds letter here with attached). 3. Mr. Howe:~:made.a motion to allow the variance (stated above) provided he ob- tain a letter of agreement from Mr. Wilson whose property abuts the proposed site, this motion was seconded by Don Seeba, all members were in agreement. 4. A letter and drawing were received from Mr. Trent of 113 Roundtree Drive requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The board hereby requests the City Manager to return the drawing to Mr. Trent and write him a letter, requesting the following additional information, before a variance can be permitted: (a) A parking lot lay out be submitted (b) An explanation of how Mr. Trent intends to surface the parking area, and control the flow of rain water. (c) That Mr. Trent submit a blue line drawing . (d) A deeper explanation of the requested 7' 11' area. (e) That a site plan be furnished to the board, (which may clarify everything) There being no further business before the board it adjourned at 2100 o'clock. Earl Sawyer Acting Secretary
