Commission Meeting
January 23, 1974

The meeting was called to order at 7:30
p.m. by Chairman Wise.
1. The first item on the agenda was a
presentation by Mr. Bi11 Kalodizie to present
his plat on Mobile Villa Estates ~~2 (fee P & Z
minutes of October 24, 1973) . Mr. Kalodizie
stated that he had eorrdinated with Mr. Gaddis
(City Engineer) on this plat. His water system
is located on Lot 12, it is a 500 gallon system
with a 2" water line to aI1 trailer sites, with
facilities for chlorination if necessary. No
septic tanks will be located closer than 150 feet
of the water well on Lot 12. Mr Chambless re-
enm~ended that the sewer line easement be specified
on the final plat. Mr. Kalodizie stated that the
easement would be made. Lot size will be 9,000
square feet, with cul-de-sacs at the end of each
street.
Mr. Yochum .made a motion that the P & Z
recommend to the City Council that they approve
preliminary platting, with the agreement for utility
easement, and cul-de-sacs.

Seconded by Mr. Seeba. A11 Commission members
are in agreement. The Commission recommended
to Mr. Kalodizie that all persons buying trailer
lots be informed, that when sewer service is
available they will be required to pay for sewage
hook-up and service..
2. Mr. Larry Burnside was on hand to discuss
the proposed Zoning ~~rdina;zee ski t~1 tai Commission.
The Commission wishes to ask that Mr. Burnside
be given all possible assistance in his work on
the new Ordinance. The Commission also requests
that Mr. Burnside be informed of all P ~ Z meetings.
The P ~ Z Commission is available, and will assist .
Mr. Burnside in every possible way. The City needs
this new ordinance and may as soon as possible.
