07-28-1976 REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COM11MISSION
JULY 28, 1976
1. MEMBERS PRESENT:

2. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
3. PC 8 - Preliminary and final plat review of resubdivision of
Lot #5 of Greenfield Village Unit #1
Mr. Lionbarger made a motion that the Commission grant the request
for resubdivision. Mr. Aguilar seconded this motion and all members
were in agreement.
4. The Commission reviewed Northcliffe Section 1 and 2 and Northcliffe
East Section 1, and approved changes regarding easements for light
standards and enlarging of some lots.
5. The Commission will further discuss Homecraft's Northcliffe
Subdivision at their next meeting.
