FEBRUARY 7, 1977
The City of Schertz Board of Adjustment met Monday, February 7, 1977 at
7:00 P.M. in City Hall, 100 First Street. All five members of the Board
were present: Jeffery D. Duffield, David Langford, Hollis G. Graham, Robert
Schwartz and Richard McAleese. Also present were Denny L. Arnold, City Manager;
Robert J. Jacobson, City Inspector; and John P. Smalling, of the City Staff.
As this was the first meeting of the BOA, orientation of BOA members was the
major purpose. BOA members received a short briefing as well as some written
information by City Staff members, who then answered questions by Board
members.
It was decided that the Board would meet again on March 7, 1977, with the
intervening time being used to absorb the material and develop possible
organizational procedures.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
