#1 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Robert Schwartz.
#2 The Public Hearing to consider a request by Mr. & Mrs. Saenz
for a variance to Zoning Ordinance 74-S-48, to erect a homesite
on Lots 53, 54 and 55, Block 40, Aviation Heights Addition,
was opened for discussion. Mr. Schwartz noted that there were
no residence in attendance, therefore, no input either pro or
con was available. A general discussion among Board members
was carried on with questions directed to Mr. Saenz. Dis-
cussion was closed, and Mr. Schwartz stated the floor was
open fora motion.
Mr. Duffield made a motion that a variance to Zoning Ordinance
74-S-48, Article II, Section 8, 8.1.4 be granted to Mr. & Mrs.
Saenz. The motion was seconded by Mr. R. P1cAleese. There was
no further discussion. The vote on the motion carried
unanimously.
#3 There being no further items on the agenda, the Board
adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
