05-22-1978 MINUTES - BOA h1EETING
The Zoning Board of Adjustments convened in Regular Session, Monday,
May 22, 1978 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex Conference Room,-
. 1400 Live Oak Road. The following members were present:

Jeffery D. Duffield Walter lJ. Hill, Jr. - City Manager
Richard McAleese Bob Jacobson - Building Official-Inspector
Cecil Tilghman
Allen H. Hamblin
Joe Potempa
#1 CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Bob Jacobson, Building Official at 7:00 p.m.
#2 APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND NEW MEMBERS
A motion was made by Mr. Hamblin to nominate Mr. Duffield for Chairman. Mr.
Potempa seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
A motion was made by Mr. Duffield to nominate Mr. McAleese as Vice-Chairman.
Mr. Hamblin seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Mr. Tilghman was appointed as Secretary.
#3 GENERAL DISCUSSION
The members decided that the third (3rd) Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
would be their scheduled meeting.
Mr. Hill addressed the members and solicited their assistance in reviewing
the portion of the Zoning Ordinance having to do with the Zoning Board of
Adjustments.
#4 ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
