Chairman Bores recognized the following:
• Mr: Brock-man: I000 Elbel Road; Apt: # I4; who was present to ask about the
stop sign at the corner of FM 3009 and Elbel Road. Problem with the Light is if
does not change.
1. Minutes -Consideration and or action regarding the approval of the minutes of October
I, 2009. 1Vlotiori to accept October I, 2009 minutes by Max Hernandez and. seconded
by Larry Franklin with minor corrections. -All Ayes-
2. Forest Ridgy Subdivision -Blue Forest Dr -Neighbors on Blue Forest Drive;
Monument Pass and Deep Spring Pass will complete an application for speed humps.

3. City Coa~tcit Action =Councilman Scagliola briefed Coriirriissiori that there will no
longer be liaisons to boards commissions or committees.
4. City Engineer ~teport Larry Dublin -City Engineer to brief Commission on status on
the following projects.
• Rural Roads Phase #1 Project Lower Seguin Road, Boenig, and North Greytown
construction has begun.
• Wiederst-ein Road- eonstruetion for the bridge between the City o€ Schert~ anc~
Selma has begun.

5. Commissioners Length of Term: By staggering terms, this will eliminate a large
majority of terms at the same time. Motion made by Max Hernandez to accept the
