Vice President `Vlitney called the meeting to order at 11:30 atxi.
2. Public bearing and discussion and action regarding an expendihire of up to $250,440 in sales
tas funds to participate in a public private partiterslip with SPAT Ventures for the development
of a medical complex.
1\~Ir. Jewell presented die idea a£ 1DC participation iii a public/private partnership with 5PV
Ventures for the development of a medical complex.
Air. Birmingham gave additional inforir~ation on the history of the project, saying that there is
significant tenant interest in disc project.
