CALL TO ORDER /ROLL CALL 2. HEARING OF RESIDENTS This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the Planning and Zoning Commission. Each person should fill out the Speaker’s register prior to the meeting. Presentations should be limited to no more than five (5) minutes. Discussion by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda, will call on those persons who have signed up to speak in the order they have registered. 3. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Consider and act upon the minutes for the regular meeting of February 24, 2010. B. PC 2010-008 Krippco S?ubdivision – Final Plat Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat of the Krippco Subdivision consisting of 2.83± acre tract of land located approximately 1,056 feet southwest of Hubertus Road (FM 1103) containing one commercial lot. The property is zoned Manufacturing District-Light (M-1). 4. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION: Items for individual consideration are those, which do not require a public hearing, generally require design related review by staff and which may require conditions for approval. Among others, items such as development specific site plans and variances applying to an overall development are considered under this agenda if they are not tied to a zoning action. Such items, where related applications by the same applicant are included, will be heard together within the Public Hearing Agenda for the purpose of clarity and review. The Commission is asked to consider and act upon the following requests: A. PC2010-009 Krippco Subdivision -Site Plan Consider and act upon upon a request for approval of a site plan of the Krippco Subdivision consisting of 2.83± acre tract of land located approximately 1,056 feet southwest of Hubertus Road (FM 1103) containing one commercial lot. The property is zoned Manufacturing District-Light (M-1). 5. ACTION ITEM: A. Consider and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the revised Unified Development Code (UDC) comprised of zoning, subdivision, and other related land use regulations by superseding ordinance # 09-S-06, as amended. 6.
