Hearing of Residents This time is set-aside for any person who wishes to address the City Council. Each person should fill out the speaker?s register prior to the meeting. Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes. Sanchez) Resolution No. 10-R-11 4. - Consideration and/or action authorizing an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with Bexar County to upgrade water ðíóïêóîðïð ݱ«²½·´ ß¹»²¼¿ system lines along Hillbrook Drive and tie into Schertz municipal water system.
