Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mr. Hartzog called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 pm and adjourned into executive session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Called under Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Litigation, pending litigation;
Section 551.072 Texas Government Code.
RECONVENE SPECIAL SESSION
1. Take any action deemed necessary as a result of the Executive Session.
. JGI INCORPORATED - Discussion and consideration and/or action regarding th,
billboard at the intersection of E. Aviation and Main Street (FM 1518).
Mr. Hartzog, Chairman, excused Mr. Inmon from the Executive Session at 6: 14 pm.
Mr. Hartzog, Chairman, reconvened the meeting at 6: 15 pm.
Mr. Hartzog seated Mr. Dziewit as voting member.
As a result of the Executive Session, Mr. Dziewit moved that the litigation be accepted as presented to the
Board. Mr. McQueen seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6: 18 P.M.
