TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT
CODE (UDq ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 2.440:t
ACRES OUT OF THE RAFAEL GARZA SURVEY,
ABSTRACT NO. 93, GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS
FROM RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (R-A)
TO MANUFACTURING DISTRICT-LIGHT (M-l).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 ofthe City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the
following manner.
SECTION I
"Rezoning 2.440:1: acres ofland out of the Rafael Garza Survey, Abstract No. 93, Guadalupe
County, Texas, being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made part
hereof, from ResidentiallAgricultural District (R-A) to Manufacturing District-Light (M-1),
Exhibit 'A', and a list of Permitted Uses tied to this property known as a Restrictive Covenant,
Exhibit 'B'."
SECTION II
THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC, Ordinance
96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
