CITY OF SCHERTZ ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 05- 7=-3.3
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
ESTABLISHING THE PROLOGIS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC.
REINVESTMENT ZONE.
WHEREAS, Section 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code allows the creation of
Reinvestment Zones; and
WHEREAS, the property (hereinafter called the "Property") is owned by ProLogis
Development Services, Inc., described as Lot 10, Block 1, Unit One, 12.130 acres,
Schertz, Texas, Guadalupe County; and
WHEREAS, it is the belief of the City Council that by establishing the ProLogis
Development Services, Inc. Reinvestment Zone, it is reasonably likely to contribute to
the retention or expansion of primary employment or to attract major investment in
the zone that would benefit the property and would contribute to the economic
development of the property; and,
WHEREAS, it has been the stated policy of this Council to support and promote
the economic development of this community; and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held to receive public comments on

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the City Council of the City of Schertz hereby establishes the ProLogis
Development Services, Inc. Reinvestment Zone under the provisions of Section 312 of
the Texas Property Tax Code.
