Subject: Name Change Ordinance: Atrium Inn
Attached is an ordinance amending other ordinances to record the change of
name of the Ramada Ltd., to the Atrium Inn.
We believe such an ordinance is necessary to amend and record the change of
name for tax abatement, water records, and other similar documents.
Distribution will be made to all affected departments.

THAT the provisions of this ordinance shall be in force and effective from
the date of final approval

AN ORDINANCE
BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING CITY OF SCHERTZ
ORDINANCE NO 94-T-26 AND 94-T-27,
REFLECTING THE CHANGE OF NAME
FROM TIlE RAMADA LTD. TO THE
ATRIUM INN; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the ownership of the Ramada Ltd., has determined that it is
in its best interest to change its name from the Ramada Ltd., to the Atrium
Inn; and,
WHEREAS, ownership of the now named Atrium Inn has not changed;
and,
WHEREAS, in order to maintain accurate records for taxes and other
purposes, City of Schertz Ordinances No. 94-T-26 and 94-T-27 shall be
amended to reflect the change of name in all references from the Ramada Ltd.,
to the Atrium Inn; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
I
THAT, the name Ramada Ltd., is changed from Ramada Ltd., to the
Atrium Inn on all ordinances, records, and references, of and in the City of
Schertz; and,
II
THAT, this ordinance shall be appended to City of Schertz Ordinances
94-T-26 and 94-T-27 for administrative clarity and continuity.
