AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 18-49, THREE-WAY STOPS AND SECTION 18-76,
MAXIMUM LIMITS ON SPECIFIC STREETS; AND
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Section 18-49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be amended to add the following:
"Section 18-49, Stop Intersections - Designated Three-Way Stops
Green Valley Road and Greenshire Drive"
SECTION II
THAT, Section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be amended to add the following:
"Section 18-76, Maximum Limits on Specific Streets
Street
Extent
Speed Limit
Green Valley Road
From City limits to FM 3009
30 MPH"
SECTION III
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
