AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-49, THREE-
WAY STOPS; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT, Section 18-49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be
amended as follows:
"Section 18-49, Stop Intersections - Designated Three-Way Stops
Ashley Park (east and \/Vest) and Baldwin Park".
SECTION 2
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Approved on first reading the 1/iday of April, 1998.
