AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 92-T-17
AND ORDINANCE 93-T-24, AND APPROVING AN
ASSIGNMENT OF THE TAX ABATEMENTS FROM MR.
REX BORNMANN TO REBO ENTERPRISES, LTD,
DOING BUSINESS AS CIBOLO CREEK FIXTURES OF
TEXAS, INC., AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria and
the tax abatement agreement with Mr. Bornmann require City
Council approval to assign the benefits of a tax abatement
upon a change in ownership; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Mr. Rex Bornmanns
request to assign these benefits to REBO ENTERPRISES, LTD is
reasonable and timely; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the agreements noted above
been meet or exceeded in the past by Mr. Bornmann, and
Council has no reason to believe these terms will not be
satisfied by REBO ENTERPRISES Ltd. in the future; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the request for assignment of tax abatement
benefits from Mr. Rex Bornmann to REBO ENTERPRISES INC. is
approved.

THAT, the caption of ordinances 92-T-16 and 93-T-24, and
other references within the ordinances and the associated
abatement agreements be amended to reflect ownership by
ENTERPRISES INC. dba Cibolo Creek Fixtures of Texas,
THAT, all other provlslons of the cited ordinances and
tax abatement agreements remain in effect.
THAT, the change in ownership will be effective for tax
abatement purposes on 1 January, 1997.
THAT, this ordinance will become appended to Ordinance
92-T-l6 and Ordinance 93-T-24 for administrative continuity.
