AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC),
ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28, BY REZONING 5.448 ACRES OUT
OF GUADALUPE COUNTY FROM OFFICE AND
PROFESSIONAL (OP) TO NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES (NS).
SECTION I
"Rezoning 54448 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas,
being more l~articularly described in the Field Notes attached and
made a part hereof from Office and Professional (OP)to
Neighborhood Services (NS)."
