AN ORDINANCE
SETTING OUT THE PROCEDURE FOR DESIGNATION OF AN
OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER AND ORDERING AN ANNUAL REVIEW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
I
The City Council shall, by resolution at the beginning of each fiscal year,
contract with a public newspaper of general circulation in the City of Schertz
as the official newspaper to continue as such until another is designated;
and shall cause to be published therein all ordinances, notices and other
matters required by statute or by ordinance.
