Ordinance 10 -D -39 — Stop Sign Designation — Consideration and /or action approving an Ordinance amending Section 86 -41 Stop Intersections - Designated of the City of Schertz Code of Ordinances by designing a stop sign at the intersection of 01 -04 -2011 Council Agenda Misty Hollow Drive and Shady Brook (Wynn Brook Subdivision). Resolution No. 10 -R -77 — Consideration and /or action approving a resolution regarding a development agreement with DDC Ashton, Ltd., relating to Merritt Lakeside Senior Village. (M. Spain/M. Ordinance No. 11 -F -01 - Center Point Energy Resources Corp. — Consideration and /or action approving first reading of an ordinance renewing and extending a non- exclusive gas franchise with Center Point Energy Resources Corp. Ordinance No. 11 -J -02 — Consideration and /or action approving an Ordinance releasing certain land from the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and declaring an emergency. Appointment to the Cibolo Valley Local Government Corporation — Consideration and /or action appointing a representative of Schertz to the Cibolo Valley Local Government Corporation. (J.
