ORDINANCE NO. 10-D-39
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 86-41 STOP
INTERSECTIONS-DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Chapter 86-41 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to
add the following:
*Sec. 86-41 Stop Intersections-Designated
Through Street Cross- or Stop Street
NO No Shady Brook & Misty Hollow Drive
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
APPROVED on first reading the 21st day of December, 2010.
