BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Table Contents of the Unified Development Code of
the City of Schertz, Texas be amended as follows:
"Article III Section 3; Page number should read III-12.
Article III Section 4; Page number should read 1II-13.
Delete Article XVII Definitions
Definitions.

SECTION II
That Article VI Table VI-A of the Unified Development
Code of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended as follows:
Table VI, Code R-6, Column area sq.ft. change 7,000 to 7,200.
SECTION III
That Article VII Section 6 of the Unified Development
Code of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended as follows:
Paragraph VII 6.3.4, add to paragraph Residential entry
access system shall be established in accordance with City of
Schertz Ordinance 96-M-33, Nov. 5, 1996. (see appendix 2).
SECTION IV
That Article XI Section 5 of the Unified Development
Code of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended as follows:
Paragraph XI 5.3 a Traffic Impact Analysis shall be submitted
in accordance with Article XVII Traffic Impact Analysis.
SECTION V
That Article XIV Section 5 of the Unified Development
Code of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended as follows:
Add paragraph M, Sidewalks, see Article XI, Platting Section
