AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-S-1
BY REZONING THE 500' DEPTH ALONG FM 1518, IN THE
AREA FROM APPROXIMATELY 1000' SOUTH OF LOWER
SEGUIN ROAD TO 1000' NORTH OF 1-10, IN BEXAR
COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN
ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner:
"Rezone the 500' depth along FM 1518, in the area
from approximately 1000' feet south of Lower
Seguin Road to 1000' north of 1-10, out of Bexar
County, Texas, from GB (General Business) to R/A
(Residential/ Agricultural)."
SECTION II
THAT the Zoning District Maps described and referred
to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of
Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 shall be changed to
reflect the above amendments.
