AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, NO.
87-S-1, APPENDIX B, DEFINITIONS; AND PROVIDING
A REPEALING CLAUSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS

THAT, Zoning Ordinance 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz,
Texas, Appendix B, Definitions is hereby amended in the following
manner:
"APPENDIX B, DEFINITIONS
Yard. Side: A yard between the main building and the side line of
the lot, and extending from the required front yard to the required
rear yard and being the minimum horizontal distance between a side
lot line and the side of the building.
II
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed."
