AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
87-S-1 BY REZONING AREAS OF LAND OUT OF
GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES
ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 of the City of
Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner:
Rezone from the current Neighborhood Services (NS) to
R-1 Single Family Dwelling District approximately
5.5134 acres of land owned by Calvin E. and Ann Stone
and located at 3521 Jack Hays Blvd.
SECTION II
THAT the Zoning District Maps described and
in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City
Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 shall be changed to
above amendments.
