AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 10.5 OF ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 74-S-48.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Schertz, Texas held a Joint meeting on June 14,
1978, to set a public hearing for the proposed amendment to Section 10.5
of Ordinance No. 74-S-48; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 12, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
amending Section 10.5 of Ordinance No. 74-S-48; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That Section 10.5 of Zoning Ordinance No. 74-S-48 be amended
to read as fo 11 ows :
"10.5 All land within Schertz, Texas, including public
properties and rights-of-way shall be classified with
a Zoning District."
