BE IT ORDAINED BY TH! CITY OOURCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHEl.TZ, GUADALUPE
OOUl1TY, TEXAS:
1. That ordinance 110. 140 governing the construction of subdivisions
within the city limits of the City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas
and within its extraterritorial jurisdiction be amended as follows:
(1) That those sections of said ordinance which specify a
reinspection of streets or other major utilities when required
by the engineer of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended to
read, "That the City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas will
require a $5Q.00 fee to be paid to said city by sueh subdivider
when each such reinspection is required".
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of March 1972.
