The minimum spacing between buildings in a residential
building shall comply with all fire code and buildingcode
regulations governing spacing. In addition, the followin
minimum setbacks are re uired between structures:

residential buildings is fifteen feet 15' from the back of
the sidewalk or front property line, whichever is greater.
Stoops or covered front porches may intrude into the

except where the garage is oriented to the side as a side
